REUNION UPDATE!

I want to update the family on the 2020 Reunion and ask for a response to this email. Please read its entirety.
I am still talking with the Tradewinds quite often. We can only have a reunion at the Tradewinds if the state of Florida is safely in Phase 3. They simply can not enable a gathering of our size until Phase 3. Even in Phase 3, they would have to upgrade us (at no charge) to a ballroom 3 times the size of our current. As of today, Florida entered a "restricted" Phase 1. For the Tradewinds specifically this allowed them to open all pools back up with 25% capacity, open the outdoor restaurant, opened the indoor restaurant with 25% capacity and the beach cabanas remain open with social distancing guidelines. The slide, paddleboats, kids club, lounges, bars, and 3 other restaurants remain closed until entering Phase 2 and 3.
**Please note in order to enter into another Phase there still must be a DECLINE in cases and hospitalizations.**
I fully understand that many in our family are vulnerable to this virus and the choice is still remains on our plate to either have it or postpone it. Many family members I have talked to recently have stated that even if the reunion is postponed, their family will still be taking some sort of vacation. Assuming we safely enter Phase 3 by mid-June, bc again we can only have a reunion at the Tradewinds if the state of Florida is safely in Phase 3, are you still interested in attending the family reunion? This could be in two different ways...
1) We have enough in attendance to accommodate our full family reunion with all accommodations negotiated in the contract.
2) I negotiate similar room rates for a smaller amount of family that could attend but we forego the hospitality room.
I am not trying to put this up for a big debate I am simply trying to feel out where the family sits emotionally before I make a decision. Any insight of which way your family leans would be greatly appreciated! Please respond to this email with your opinion. Miss all of y'all!
Stay Safe!
